Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the error.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Item must be returned within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment or in store purchase date.
- Receipt MUST be included with return - you may print off the invoice or make a copy of the sales receipt.
- All items must be unworn with tags still attached.
- If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. If a damaged, defective or incorrect item is sent, we are happy to handle this on a case by case basis.
- There will be a $6 reshipping fee on all exchanged items.
- Only store credit will be issued. No money is given back. Credit will be issued and sent to you within 5 days of the store receiving the return (only if your meet the return criteria). The code may be used on your next purchase in store or online.
- $10.00 items, items discounted 20% or more, Pre-Order items, Grab Bags, BOGO offers and other special priced item sales are FINAL and non-returnable, no exceptions.
- The return of a check due to insufficient funds will result in a $30 Return Check Fee.
Failure to meet the above criteria,
the return or exchange will not be accepted under any circumstances.

SHIPPING INFO
All orders ship out one day after the order is placed. This allows time for us to process and make any changes to the order. Orders placed after 6 PM each day are considered orders for the next day.
Orders are shipped USPS with a flat rate price of $6.95. A subtotal purchase of $75 or more is FREE SHIPPING!
We do not ship Saturday-Monday or on holidays. Sales and/or other promotions may also delay shipping times.
Changes to orders can be made 24 hours after the order has been completed. This does not include refunds for sales. We cannot take percentages off your paid total if you miss out on a sale. If you would like to cancel you order, you will receive store credit back as a refund.
