Shipping and Returns

We hope you love everything you purchase from Lilee Louise! However, we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Outlined below is our return policy and return shipping instructions.

Please check over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you have received a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the error.



Failure to meet the above criteria,
the return or exchange will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To complete a Return, please print out the Return Form here and follow the instructions in the form.



All orders ship out one day after the order is placed. This allows time for us to process and make any changes to the order. Orders placed after 6 PM each day are considered orders for the next day.

Orders are shipped USPS with a flat rate price of $6.95. A subtotal purchase of $75 or more is FREE SHIPPING!

We do not ship Saturday-Monday or on holidays. Sales and/or other promotions may also delay shipping times. 

Changes to orders can be made 24 hours after the order has been completed. This does not include refunds for sales. We cannot take percentages off your paid total if you miss out on a sale. If you would like to cancel you order, you will receive store credit back as a refund.
